When should we place our Christmas order?
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred installation week. Our installation calendar fills quickly as the festive season approaches.
What does the price include?
Our decorated tree packages include the Christmas tree, decorations, professional installation by our team, and removal after the festive season.
Do you install the trees?
Yes. All of our Christmas trees and decorations are installed by our experienced team. We will contact you closer to your selected delivery week to arrange a convenient installation time.
Do you remove the decorations after Christmas?
Yes. After the festive period we return to remove the tree and decorations. We handle everything, leaving your space exactly as we found it.
Can we choose a decoration theme?
Yes. Our trees are available in four decoration themes. Simply select your preferred theme when placing your order.

Do you offer Christmas decorations for multiple sites?
Yes. If you require decorations across multiple locations, please use our Multi-Site Enquiries form so our team can coordinate your installations.
Can we add decorative tree bases?
Decorative tree bases are available as optional extras and can be purchased from the Extras section of our shop.
If you would like a base installed with your tree, please add one base for each tree in your order.
What happens if we need to change our installation date?
Please contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes, depending on availability in our installation schedule.
Do you offer bespoke Christmas installations?
Yes. Our online Christmas store shows some of our most popular products, but we also design and install completely bespoke festive displays.
