Placing Your Order

All of our live decorated trees are supplied with mains powered lights.

Live decorated trees are available in 5 sizes: 6ft, 7ft, 8ft, 10ft and 12ft.

Choose from one of our 4 Decoration Themes, or pick a custom colour combination:

• Traditional: Gold, red
• Classic Winter Red, silver, white
• Mystical Magic Blue, gold, purple and silver
• Forest: Brown, Gold, Green

Decorative Tree Bases

Our decorative tree bases are available as optional extras and can be added to any of our Christmas trees to create a more polished festive display.

Tree bases can be ordered from the Extras section of our Christmas shop.

If you would like a decorative base installed with your tree, please add one base for each tree in your order.

For example, if you are ordering 3 trees, please order 3 tree bases from the Extras section.

Our installation team will set up the base when we install your Christmas tree, ensuring everything is styled neatly and securely.

Installation

Closer to your chosen delivery week, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time and date. Our experienced team will arrive at the agreed time and install your display with care and efficiency. We work discreetly and leave your space clean, tidy and beautifully styled for the season.

Removal

After the festive period, we’ll return to take everything down WC 04.01. There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll handle everything and leave your space just as we found it.
